From there, I went to Moonshadow because they'd gotten a new location and I wanted to see it. I like the new store. It's right there on the street, so no more stairs to climb. The owner likes the building as well, but laments that the area isn't as busy as the old location. I agree. I mean, let's face it, there isn't a much sweeter deal for a small business in Portland than being able to set up shop on Hawthorne, unless your business is a food cart.
I admit, while I was at Moonshadow, I splurged on some stones for healing, and some fragrence oil designed to attract money. It has frankincense, which is a smell I love.
Then I went to Target to get some PJs for the sleep study thing in August. (Assuming this current Republican pissing contest doesn't plunge us into a Mad Max type world by then). Got some on clearance, that fit, with a bees and honey motif.
After that, I went looking for this wig store I saw once, to see if they had any body glue or spirit gum for my boobs. But I couldn't find it, so I headed back. Met up with Brooke and looked around the Bike Gallery store while she got a new helmet. Then home. I am now baking corn bread and am about to watch the second Transformers movie on DVD.
