Yeah, and there are perfectly usable watches for blind folks already. Pretty much a standard analog watch with sturdier hands and a flip up cover.

Not that Walmart is too big to sue. It's that the Supreme Court ruled that the suit was too big. Too many people with too many *different* situations.

The article wonders why the plants would be built near a river. Maybe because most power plants need a fair bit of water and nuclear plants need a *lot* of water.

If they don't know *that*, then the entire article is suspect.
