Yeral Smokin Potpourri

Potpourri

Ghandi refused to let his dying wife take penicillin, but took quinine to save his own life.

Get free Betty Crocker chocolate chex mix! Or free pet food! And a whole bunch of other things!

Giant robotic "dog" that looks - and sounds - more like a giant insect, and walks with 4 legs. It also can stay upright even if kicked, and can walk through snow!

Scientists have designed a way to use fusion to convert harmful toxic waste from fission reactors into harmless materials!

A stunt double for Dan Radcliffe gets seriously hurt on the set of the next Potter movie.

"What're these buses powered by, anyway? Shit?"

People who had octuplets recently already had 6 kids. Okay, people, honestly? It's a vagina, not a clown car.

What. The. FUCK? @_@

I found this cute video over at babyart, having been described for some reason as "Cute preteen trans-gender lesbians in anime costumes vs pedobear." Safe for work unless a single quick flash of kiddy panties is banned where you work/live. Dunno why they thought the kids were trans, though. Also, it seems to be a trailer for a DVD.

EDIT: I noticed that this post was # 404404, and was going to mention that here, but trying to edit from the browser gave, oddly, a 404 message. Yet it's still showing up. WEIRD!

The "cute video"

"sailor sensei" is the term for the super hero magikcal girls in "upgraded" version of the typical "sailor suit" Japanese schoolgirl uniform.

Ah. Well that's good to know. But what I was really trying to indicate was that there were typos, and I could not decode your sentence due to the typos.

Wow, that second melatonin pill is finally doing it for me now. Bedtime for me!

Grah! So little information on that fission article! Is this just "something that might possibly work out some time down the road" or "a practical method that can be implemented now"? How does it work? What're the costs? (There must be some, even if it's merely in the form of reducing net power output). How much of the waste is eliminated? I remember reading some time in the 90's about just such a possibility, but it was still only theoretical at that point.
