When I voted

I will be honest... having no idea what a city commissioner even does, I was very thankful for the voting booklet that came with the ballot, even though it was missing half the ballot measures on the ballot.1 Anyway, I voted for the person I thought was best for the job (the guy was in the peace corps and a bunch of other charity things) even though I still don't know what a city commissioner does. And also, I was mildly tempted to write-in "Commissioner Gordon."

1 = Thank goodness the ballot itself had a little paper explaining all the ballot measures, because as I said, the booklet was missing half the measures.

Kboo.fm had good interviews with a couple of city council persons yesterday morning. They are often a good source of local politics.

The ballot measures wee covered in the *first* voter's pamphlet that came about a week before the one that came with the ballot.

Check. Maybe Lilla got it and didn't tell you.

Worst case (assuming you haven't already filled the ballot out), drop by the county elections office and ask for one.
