Every day is different

Since my sleep schedule has been crazy lately, last night I took a couple melatonin at 7 PM. It took so long to kick in that it was midnight before I was tired enough to go to bed.

Today, I took *one* melatonin at 7. It has already kicked in, I'm having to force myself to stay up because it's too early to go to bed yet. Here I was thinking it was going to take several hours, like last night, but it didn't. I am annoyed.
