I got an email from Starplex CMS. I do not have a job with them. Another rejection. Fah! Ah well, when I was at the Pride I kept thinking "Gods, I don't think I could come to things with this many people to work all the time. Even just being here at Pride is kind of draining, with all these people."

I've come to the conclusion that I need a job that does NOT involve working with other people. Dunno what that would be. But it's that or disability, I think.

In unrelated news, we need a pagan or atheist as President. Or a Unitarian.

You know who you are!

If there is one person or more on your friends list who makes your world a better place just because they exist and who you would not have met (in real life or not) without the internet, then post this same sentence in your journal.

(There are several people this applies to, for me.)

I have a character in a series of stories who is a male-to-female transgendered girl. She has known her true gender pretty much since she was a toddler, and has parents who are really cool about it. She's on hormones and so on. Now, my question is, how young can one get sex reassignment surgery, with parental consent? I ask because I want her to have already had the surgery and been recovered from it by the time of the story I want to write next, and would prefer her to be 16 or 17 if that's possible.
