Mamaism is to politics as dadaism is to art. Like dadaism saying "art is dead," mamaism says "politics is dead!" It's a new name for the works of art I'm doing where I'm taking political speeches and making them more interesting and more meaningful. (Increasing the silly kind of nonsense increases their meaning.) And it's ironic, I think, that Tristan Tzara started dadaism and now Tristan Arts is starting mamaism. :-)

I think we ought to take this movement "seriously."

Some people have already been practicing mamaism without realizing it. When Michael Moore ran a campaign to get a ficus elected to (was it congress or senate?), that was an act of mamaism!
