Black-bean cheese dip

This was an experiment of mine I did today, turned out quite well. I used it with tortillas, but I'd like to try it with chips.

Black-bean cheese dip

1 can of black beans
4 or 5 slices (or more, if you'd like) of Velveeta loaf cheese
Sliced jalpenos

Open the can of black beans, drain as much fluid from it as you can. Empty beans into bowl. Put slices of Velveeta cheese loaf on top of the beans, along with some jalapeno slices. Melt in microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir, and microwave another 1 minute on high. It is now ready to eat! And unlike melted Velveeta on its own, it won't solidify as easily. Even after being in the fridge for hours, it would still move when I tilted the bowl. And it's delicious!
