Santa's and Popeye's mutant lovechild

MERRY CHRISMAS! HAPPY NOEL! HAPPY CHANNUKAH! MERRY KWANZAA! MERRY YULE! HAPPY SOLSTICE! DELIGHTFUL FESTIVUS! HOLY RAMADAN! HAVE A GOOD CHRISMAHAHNAKWAANZIKA! HAPPY HALLOWTHANKSMAS! *Dances with a dolly with a hole in her stocking*

I know this sounds weird bringing this up so soon, and on Chrismas as well, but I discovered that something I really want by/for my birthday is *very* hard to find. Why, I don't know. What is it? It is an adapter for my camera, to plug my camera into the wall. Why do I want it? To save batteries: a lot of things I use the camera for are inside the house, the camera eats batteries, and the rechargeable ones are no match to its awesome power-gobbling skills. So I need an adapter to plug it into the wall. Why is it hard to find? It is DC in 3.4V. I scoured Amazon, could not find an adapter that did DC in 3.4V. The Olympus web site turned up bupkis, too. So keep an eye out for me, would you? I will gladly pay back anyone who can get me one.

Lilla's parents are letting me spend the night. WOO HOO! *Happy monkey face* Oh. On the couch. *Sad monkey face* :)
Unfortunetely, I forgot my cell phone at home and cannot inform Chrissy. kengr, would you inform her for me? I don't remember her email address. You don't have to go out of your way, just... if she asks, now you know. Why I care, I dunno. But I do. *Runs after butterflies*

I'm not suited to working at that call center. I am a mirror... I give back what energy is given to me. I'm nice to nice people and I have to force nice on not-nice people. Plus, I hate selling things, my sales score is in the crapper. I just know I'm either going to be fired or lose my mind and scream at some stupid asshole customer to go perform impossible feats with himself. So I have already started looking for another job. I've applied to Border's already, and keep forgetting to return the application to this restaurant I got an application for. But progress is being made. I never used to look for a job while I already had one, no matter how bad things were.

*Farts moths*

SANTASANTASANTASANTASANTASANTASANTA!!! HAIL SANTA! *Dances*

My favorite veggies are (in no particular order) the following:

* Broccoli
* Broccolini (spelling?)
* Iceberg lettuce
* Romaine lettuce
* Spinach
* Tomatos
* Potatos
* Zuchini
* Mushrooms
* Olives
* Pickles

OMG, I can't believe I am only just now telling you this, but OMG SPINACH AND CHEESE PIE! (Not a pizza pie, a real pie.) Spinach and cheese, two of my favorite things... IN A PIE! HEAVEN! *Dies, ascends to the heavens with giant white wings holding aloft the spinach pie while a choir of angels sings its praises. Cue Halleluyah chorus.* Thank you, Lilla and Lilla's mom, for introducing me to this delicacy!

I am the almighty Cheesehead! Bow before my magnifisuperbulence! MWAH HA HA HA!

Assuming the camera is an Olympus, what model number is it?

You search for accessories to the particular model, not for stuff like "3.4 V adapter".

Olympus FE-170

Thanks for the tip, I'll try it out!

So? You plug the part number & the brand into google "olympus E-7AU" and the first hit is this...

http://www.accessorygenie.com/detail.aspx?ID=6283&gclid=CO2vgIHUyZACFRpdagodVmMrXg

10 bucks plus shipping.

I oughta charge you $20 for my research skills. You'd still come out ahead.. :-)

I am such a fucking waste sometimes. I have no brain for practicality at all. Much obliged, milady. *Bows*

One problem
Just one problem: On their compatability list, it doesn't have FE-170 listed.

Re: One problem
It does list the FE-270 though. And if it really is equivalent to the Olympus part, then it *has* to support it. If it doesn't support the FE-170, then they aren't advertising properly...

You can always click "live support" and ask.

Live support?
I do not see anywhere a link for live support.

I told you I'm useless where practicality is concerned.

Good grief, and here I thought that "Happy-Merry Christmahanakwanzakah" (or however you'd spell it) was the creation of two girls at my workplace who decorated a portion of a wall with that greeting. I don't know whether to laugh when I see it or roll my eyes. But that's just me.

Seems that we like many of the same veggies. I'd also add cauliflower and green beans to my list.

I hear you on the call center job. Oh, how troublesome it can get... I am like you in that "I give back what energy is given to me." Good thing I don't have to sell stuff at my job - I'd be oh so bad at that. And I HATE HATE HATE job searching more than anything. So good luck to you. *fingers crossed*

And here's one that you left out - Happy New Year!

Fresh green beans are okay. Cauliflower... I'll eat it, but I don't like it.

Yeah, job searching sucks Major Donk E. Ballz. Thanks for the good luck!

Chrismahanakwaanzikah is from a TV commercial. Don't remember what it was a commercial for, but it was a commercial.

broccolini is right :)

I love all those veggies except for mushrooms and olives.
For some reason, I can't like those. I don't know why.
Mushrooms don't taste like anything, so I don't know what the problem I have with them is. Olives - I don't know. I think it's the aftertaste.
Oh well, more for you, right?

I think you're adorable. I highly enjoyed this post :)

Mushrooms have no taste when eaten raw, you have to cook them to bring out the flavor. Sauteed in butter, made into a soup, etc.

Aww... I'm adordable. *sheepish grin* Thanks!
