DNA question

I'm not great at genetics, so I give you the following question...

Character A is half Native American and half black. Character B, her parents are both Greek. What character B's specific ancestry is beyond that, I don't know. Characters A and B are also third cousins of each other. Character B's great great grandmother is how they are related. I don't know the specifics of that yet.

What I want to know is, how realistic is that whole scenario?
How realistic is it for a character with two Greek parents and no apparent black ancestry to be related to a half black, half Native American character that way?
If possible, could you map out possibilities for how?

All I really care about is, is it possible? But the more possible, the better. And the simplest way for it to be possible, the better. But if it's completely wacky and unrealistic, please tell me. I need to know.
