I went to bed last night so tired I was acting drunk for an hour first, but then woke up three hours later. The rest of my sleep that night was shitty. I don't know what it is about the days that I have the reading thing with the kids, but those days always do this to me. I had no idea why. Even being genuinely and massively tired isn't enough to get enough sleep of the right kind. It's like my body knows I've gone to bed early for non headache or illness reasons and is like FUCK YOU.
