Casual magick

I do a lot of casual magick, and hardly any ritual magick. That is, most of the magick I do is on-the-fly stuff. About the most really magickal thing I do with magick casually is protection spells. Most of my casual magick is one of these things:

1. Working with Dochrahmahn Tu-Rah, my Deity of Speed and Flight, to get buses faster. I imagine Djair1 symbol2 and give it energy, and Djai blesses me. Now, Djair blessing depends on a number of factors. Sometimes the fastest route for me involves slowing down a bus, or getting the bus driver to be held up at a stop, so I can get to the bus stop before it leaves. Other times it means that I only wait 5 minutes or so at the stop.

2. Doing much the same thing with Fweenah and/or Kriio, to get them to send a nice cool breeze my way.

3. Protection spells, by picturing the Shao'ahn'dih'gahn (Shao-Kehn's symbol) appearing, with spikes coming out the top, and often with images of barbed wire or razor wire around the item in question. (Or fire, or red-hot wires, or the like.)

Just thought I'd share that, mainly for the bit about how the fastest route sometimes involves slowing down the bus. :-)

1 = Djair is the posessive form of "djai," the genderless pronoun of Trai'Pahg'Nan'Nog.

2 = Dochrahmahn Tu-Rah's symbol looks like a stylized bird. I would link to it here, but I'm on Ubuntu at the moment and
